• The crush
• Cashing at tournaments
  
• Getting a Wii

Everything else = BALLS, particularly

• Office flooding
• Endless renovations
• Death (read previous posts)

I'm sure there's other stuff, but I'm hopeful that I will forget it. Come on 2008 -- it can't get any worse.
